Jobs on construction projects are a critical component to providing increased economic opportunities to all members of our community. In creating those opportunities and focusing on workforce, we provide an equitable chance for diverse workers to find work on public projects, provide a vehicle for workers to increase their skills and grow their leadership which ultimately leads to the future creation of state certified MWESB contractors.

By offering this Summit, we create an opportunity to bring key stakeholders together, share efforts towards workforce diversity to date, provide tools for implementing strong workforce programs, and work toward a regional approach to workforce equity.

NOTE: You are able to register for sessions online, you are not required-but they often fill up. Beginner sessions are intended for first time attendees. Advanced sessions are for those who have attended at least one summit.
